Feels like hartford is on lockdown, complete graveyard outside with cops posted up on every block no street walker in sight the le are tightening up and stings are frequent outside was dry thinking of laying low for a while, being caught is no picnic.

But you may want to try new areas and streets since it is Christmas and they need money, The old streets have too much going.
