Mongering is entertainment so I would say entertainment expense on the 1040 schedule 69.

Nothing to go after customers of these places other than perhaps embarassing them by publishing names if present when a place is busted. Probably best to use cash anyway and retain anonymity. As long as you're not public figure a la spitzer, no motivation or legal basis to try to "out" customer lists.

They used to be Friends in Boston, but they are now called Charming Friends and all of the providers there are top notch and high class and perfect for a casino date.

Check the Connecticut board carefully and you'll see that there is a thread for "Mohegan/Foxwoods."
You'll also find that there's not much to read there. Unfortunately, the two large CT casinos are totally different from Las Vegas (or even Atlantic City) when it comes to girls and prostitution. Mohegan Sun in particular is known for cracking down on any overt sign of prostitution.
I'm sure that girls are still working and available there, but they'll be very discreet about it (and you should be as well).

Hmmm. Employees with all the appropriate ID to be there, probably working reduced hours, definitely receiving reduced pay, undoubtedly in need of some cash to make up the difference, too smart or too scared to try cheating the house at the tables...sounds to me like fertile ground for the entrepreneurial spirit. "I'm not get layed off, so you can get laid!"
