A bottle of the medicine lasts me 2-3 months probably 35 shots in the bottle, maybe more depends on your dose. So as cheap as generic viagra for me.

YellowJackets right. I use TriMix (similar to caverject) and the shot isn't as bad as it sounds (see attached pics) and the only side effect that I've experienced is having an erection for longer than an hr. When that happens I just take pseudoephedrine to counteract.

I used them and they had 3 levels of syrum to inject. I ended up using the mid level because the stronger one actually made it feel engorged / over inflated. They said to inject at 20 units which would keep mine up around 2-2. 5 hrs and if I went down to 10-12 it lasted roughly 1-1.25 hrs. I heard Tri-Mix is cheaper, never looked into the price but Numale was $2500/ yr a few years back. That included the autoject, syringes, alcohol wipes and syrum with a 2 shots / week plan. I'm not sure if they kept track of orders but all you did was call to order when your bottle was getting low. Here is a picture and link to the autoject which made the injections much easier.

That included the alcohol swabs, syringes and meds for the year. It started out with 2 bottles that you kept frozen until ready to use and the regime was to inject it 2/ week at the 20 unit mark which worked out to $208/ mo and 60 shots. It later went down to 1 smaller bottle so you had to call / reorder more frequently. I used 10 units for a 1/ hr erection instead of the 20 for 2-2. 5 hrs so I figured out how often to reorder so I could store the extra. I stopped doing the 2/ wk and went to as needed and almost 3 yrs later my last bottle is running low. Yours is less than $1/ shot more but if you can fill the recurring script as needed that can be worth it. Do you have to buy the syringes separately?

My doctor usually gives me 4 refills and that works well as I see him Twice a year. They give you 10 syringes with every refill, but I also ordered a box of 100 from Amazon for like $20.

Like I said a refill lasts me 2-3 months. So it will depend on your dose. My prescription says only use every 48 hours so that's about 13-15 shots a month and I can get about 35 shots out of a bottle on my dose. I store in freezer as well until ready to use. So if you are out to see a girl you can take a pre drawn shot. It can travel fairly well for an hour or so out of the fridge or freezer and still works fine. Instructions say it can stay in fridge pre-drawn for 3 days and then it looses its effects.

I am well pleased.
