I lived there for a few years and being Korean got me into a lot of places and talking with the bookers and girls there, they generally don't want to see a foreigner. On top of that, the government has been cracking down so screening which was very light / didn't exist a few years ago now happens. RLD's are closing down, the last large one (588) was shut down a few years ago and another other one that was / is popular is in the process of being shut down and will be gone by next year probably. I don't even bother to include Itaewon's RLD since the few times I've been there, the girls don't good (to me). So basically you'll be limited to Anma's which will charge you extra just because you're not Korean, and then there's room salons / clubs which will cost you $300+ for 1 session, or independents who will certainly charge more and from what I've seen, the looks of the girls are no where near as good. Also, most agencies in Korea (at least the Gangnam area) are strictly CFS and trying to get BBFS will get you blacklisted. There are places that do offer BBFS on the menu, but again, being a foreigner will probably mean you can't get in since Koreans tend to be a bit racist and paranoid about disease since in Korea, annual health checks are mandatory, vs foreigners who do not have to do that.
Honestly, if you're going to get on a 10+ hr flight, your best choice is Thailand for mongering.
I speak Hangul but even then, like how Nother mentioned, Koreans tend to have their guard up around foreigners. You would assume Koreans are not racist but trust LOL they're just as bad as Americans just maybe not in full display but in subtle ways like upcharging, no BBFS etc. If you want to monger on Asian girls, your best bet is Thailand or Indo. KR is not worth it unless you're Korean yourself.

Agree this reviewer re: korea town (and mid-wilshire and west los angeles). How can people not realize, these "girls" are 35-45 year old auntie? They have had plastic surgery on every part of their bodies. These "girls" have been age 23 for 15-20 years. Occasionally, a true 20-something shows up. But the rule is older aunties and bait and switch pics. It's sad.
Also off-topic, but can share the following. I live in Pattaya 2003-2004, in Bangkok 2008 and 2012, in Shanghai different times 2001-2019. Currently, there is a real crackdown (versus the normal summer sweep) in effect in China in 2019. It is all political but still having a big effect. The normal Vietnamese, Russian, Philippines, etc hooker venues in Shanghai on Tongren Road, Nangyang Road, etc are closed for the summer. The Public Security Bureau is trying to get the corrupt officials behind the strange barbershops and massage places (province girls). Chinese province girls are available but not as plentiful as before. Shanghai girls are still available if you can get them. As other reviewer says, be careful the bait and switch. Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou are not what they used to be.
Thailand was better before the military coup of 2014. But Thailand is still Thailand. And Bangkok is still Bangkok. Bangkok still crushes other cities 24/7. In the go-go clubs, on the streets, online, you can always find worthwhile projects at reasonable prices. You can go through two, three, four, five experience per day. A real challenge is to go to 7-11 and not get side-tracked.

Assuming Solbi is the same girl who is using her own past pics. There are just so many fake pics and heavily photoshopped pics out there that I wouldn't be surprised if they borrow (steal) pics from others.
