I will usually know where I'm going and have change for whatever I want. At a place like green I always leave my 40 in plain view for their tip. Saw an ad on Craig's for a low introductory rate ($50); for an hour at a new on on Milwaukee just north of Montrose. Those of you who have been in the hobby awhile might recall the old VIP place.
