I can cook my own food, but when someone does it in a restaurant for me and serves me well, then I give them a good tip for good service. IMHO, I believe it is unfair to a woman who tries hard and provides decent service to get stiffed.

You'd be pissed if your boss arbitrarily reduced your wages without telling you that he was going to do it, but after you had already done the work.

Everyone has their own style, ours happen to be very different.

I think what Pna is saying is that HR is no longer an acceptable finish for him; he wants bj or fs. If the provider won't do bj or fs, then he leaves and doesn't tip them. If that's the case, I'm beginning to see the light.

Pretty sure he just means that he turns down the offer of a HJ if that's all that is being offered. Not that he stiffs them on a HJ.

I see your point, it is irritating when it happens at places like Hooters or strip clubs. But massage girls are a little different. When I am with a massage girl for the first time and she compliments me, that gives me a hint that extras are available. So what I do is compliment her back and try the "touch test" mentioned here.

That's the way to do it. The way I see it if a girl is comfortable enough with you to say that to your face roll with it. If she slapped my belly I'd gently pat hers and see what else I could touch.

So, she's realized she needs to up her game if she wants to make money. And I reply:
"Sorry, if it was full service I might go for it, that being what it costs in chinatown."

So, what happened here? She decides she's got to offer more to make a buck and she does. I tell her I like the price, but want more services for it, and let her know what her competitors down the street are offering. She declines and walks away.

I regard this as a beautiful thing. Neither of us wasted much time or any money, but we didn't make a deal, either. NEXT WEEK, when she realizes that 1.5 is too much to get guys in the door for a nude massage alone, she may re-think her position and we can renegotiate. Maybe she comes down on her price but holds firm on the service. Maybe she decides that she really needs to be getting 1.5, and this is what she needs to do to get it. Maybe she decides to bite the bullet (or slurp the sausage, in this case), but want more money, and puts it out there (so to speak) for 2-2.25

You can pretty much bet that whatever boyfriend she has is banging her ass and painting her tonsils and not bringing nearly that much in the door (if anything) so she is motivated to market.
