The rentals in the area have been taken over by rental corperations and the price of rent has doubled. These girls have to prove legit jobs and income and have to prove they make 72,000 a year to get in a 2500 a month house, that's not happening. Now add the snowbirds, the availibility and prices of hotels during season and its a disaster for the girls. We are definiatly going to lose some good ones.
