If you hit the stand you become a sworn witness. Of course if she is LEO her word will bring a "higher" trust factor with it, but none the less a witness is a witness. At that point it's your word against theirs and the prosecution has the burden of showing that you are guilty beyond a shadow of doubt, this is why you don't discuss money without being VERY careful, carry lots of cash, or make yourself obvious in your actions (I. I guess that's a good idea. The truck has enough room to fuck in and if you get popped by LE worst case other than having to defend yourself in court is that you'll lose your deposit on the rental and not get your own vehicle confiscated. Let U-Haul deal with the cops to get it back.

Was on a late afternoon stroll yesterday from 3:00 to 4:30 between Cerritos and The street light north of ball by the Walgreen's. There was some action, probably close to 10 that I spotted.
