Got to be something else to take advantage of someone's situation. A homeless woman with kids. Like that is a no bueno. If I want to help I will or won't. Hence I have the same stance on UTR post. I think this is a case that should call for a death penalty. After the accident, he did not render help to the victim to get her out of the damaged car and watching her and her dog being burned alive. We don't need him on this earth.

Videos showed him going in out of consciousness while his girlfriend asking for help as first responders arrived at the scene.
