I cross over all the time (San Ysidro, Otay, and Tecate) with a birth certificate and Ca DL. Only once did a CBP officer give me a lecture, but usually they're cool. Hope this helps.

If you are walking into Mexico which I recommend instead of driving the Mexican authorities will ask for a passport to go into their country. Of course you can bribe them on the down low with about $20. On the way back from Mexico the us border patrol will also ask you for one. Make sure you at least have a drivers license or they will make it hard for you. Best thing would be to get a passport card for $30. Well worth it. Hit me on the pm of you have any other questions. In fig right now on a Saturday night and LEO is out in full force. Proceed with caution.
Sat 2 am was like a war zone, lightly armored vehicles charging at will in and out of the side streets, looting. Full of SW around HG and the best looking seems to be at the center of the street on 69, under the bright street wearing nothing but a few inches of string. There were the occasional police cruisers but they were just moving along on fig. Sun at the same time was similar with less hot girls.
Monday 12 am there were heavy crusier present patroling the side streets. HG was empty but the action started earlier around Manchester. No police presence there. Plenty of choices including glamorous white girls. I was looking for a spinner not too skinny with a decent face almost naked. That was too much to ask for. I picked up Adriana, more brown than black, who can scale down to a spinner if she isn't that tall. She was almost naked but I would advise against fishnets because she isn't going to take off the net and I couldn't touch her bare skin. She does have smooth skin. And her face is very OK under the street lights.
$100 for everything and she was delighted when I didn't counteroffer. "Wow, you have that", she said when I gave a Skyn Elite to her. She was rather enthusiastic on the CBJ so the taste of the Skyn really isn't bad for a lubricated one. She sucked good and deep. I came for a cowgirl finish a spinner. Cruised Fig briefly around 6 pm. The rain was just starting only saw 1 BDW out. Out now on fig and did not see any SW's out. Cruised a bit early since I am staying with relatives.

I wouldn't suggest partaking between 69th and Slauson if you're not familiar with the area because these girls be hustlin and dealin and might try to jump out with the money after you hand them the cash LOL (this happened to me on Western and 50th, fortunately it was only $40). You'll usually see the same heaux from fig coming here when fig gets too hot / shut down. Specifically that little stretch on Western from 54th until 48th. It's a hit or miss after that. I've seen decent looking BSWs and LSWs at the other little stretch beginning at Jefferson and all the way down to 12th but LEO presence is higher when you start to approaching Ktown. Definitely not as dead as LBB but I recommend to be cautious.

I am on and off for years on the OC track but new to this area. I search about guys who got pulled over. What is the cause / reason for pulling you over? There are so many places you can turn around easily and legally. Easy parking too. Do you just get traffic tickets or worse?

1.) Doing stupid stuff driving.
2.) Actually witnessed by cops talking to a ho.
3.) Variations of probable cause (light out, expired tags, front window tint, etc).
Number one is the biggest reason and as you've probably witnessed, the young black guys driving on Fig drive like crap. In fact, its so bad that I've taken a modified approach where I want to drive the speed limit to get away from the pack. This works because there so many people who drive 20-30 mph on fig. Yet I will yield every time to the idiots who want to drive 70+.
I think it was Priscilla M who said that it isn't the best and brightest in this area, and he was right. The young black males that drive in this area must have a collective sub 70 average IQ. One cruise in HG and you will see so many non slowdowns / stops at stop signs that you'll wonder why the cops don't plant themselves 24/7 and write tickets all day long.
One other thing that helps is picking up quality latinas and WSW. They are almost always part of a stable which means while they are talking to you or getting in your car, the other girls working with them are looking for cops.
Bottom line is if you drive a clean car with everything in working order, and you actually leave the area if the cops get heavy, you really shouldn't experience being pulled over.
And BTW, HG and the area by Numero grocery are patrolled by two different stations. So if theyre shooing people away in one location, theres usually girls at the other location.
