H32.[/QUOTE]Try to negotiate a settlement with your spouse, will save a lot of money. If not possible, get a fee agreement with the attorney you pick. Tell them EVERYTHING. Do the work for them, it will save you lots of money. Also, know everything the lawyer is doing, you know more about the situation than they do. I wish you, your wife and family the best.
