I'm beginning to wonder if there's not a not so often but occasionally expected location shift. The Hillsborough traffic seemed to have moved up to Nebraska years ago. I wonder if the millennials rebuilding in Seminole Heights are pushing the activity to Hillsborough from Nebraska towards east streets between 9th and 15th or so.

The amount varies from time to time. Last year as I recall there was a dry spell, but it is like the tide. Sometimes low tide. Sometimes high tide.

When I was asking about other areas, I really meant OTHER areas as in -- a long way from Nebraska.
There used to be activity:
- Hillsborough all the way out to about 40th.
- In a neighborhood not far from the Orient Road Jail.
- In Drew Park mixed in with the porn stores.
- maybe other places I don't know about.
Just wondering if any of those areas are worth the drive anymore? Last several times I did the full Tampa tour I struck out everywhere except Nebraska.
