Anyone know what happened to this one?

I disagree because with a bigger selection you do not have all the same advantages. Here in Columbia, women have to treat you better and visa versa for us. In other places girls can just drop you. Which sucks because you spend money. And that does mean anything to them. Even though they are the ones that want it. I like the selection in Columbia because you do not need a lot of talent. You just need a couple of girls for a variety of things. And your good.

I can't really argue with you. I have spent some time in both the Columbia and Raleigh areas, and there is not really any comparison in my experience at least. Both are state capitals and one might think would be attractive places for higher level providers to work in. But for whatever reason it seems like more and better is available in the Raleigh area than in the Columbia area. I don't have a good explanation of why that would be the case. I think I know which agency you are referring to, and you are right about the quality of the gals, venues, etc. I can think of an exception in the Columbia area and that is Emma Banks who has been around for a while now. It has been over a year since I saw her, but she has continued to get excellent reviews on anoThER board. Her last eight reviews there have all been 9 out of 10 on performance. Anyone else who knows of any other exceptions please speak up!

Something that also makes me laugh is why so many ladies want to hold incalls off broad river road in all those shit dump crack infested hell holes off garner lane? I don't even want to drive past those places for fear of my life much less do an incall in one of those third world shit holes with one of the various sex slaves living there. When a lady holds incall there she automatically tells me she is pimped out by some loser who probably has more fake gold teeth than IQ points and probably heavy in heroine turning tricks to score her habit from her piece of shit pimp. Its a sad vicious cycle and I'm sick to hell of supporting it. A potential client who even drives off that road up to one of those hotels and doesn't look like a piece of street gutter trash is a sitting duck with a target on his back as LE knows exactly what they are doing and also every other creature that's hanging in those hotels knows what you are there for. This town and 90% of the available druggies make me laugh. 100 seperate QV incalls with this scum we have here isn't worth one hour long appointment with some of the near perfect 10 models that are available at my favorite agency. I only wish this shit town was closer and I didn't have to take an overnight holiday to schedule a 2 hour appointment with one of those ladies. Can ya tell I love me some Columbia! This town sucks! I remember when it was actually safe to walk down saint andrews road, Bush river road and even broad river road. What the hell happened and why did my property value take such a hit! Yikes![/QUOTE]

If you like fit, attractive white girls and hot Asian girls, then Columbia is hell. It's not the worst city in the United States for hobbyists, but it's probably among the worst for a city of its size.

Raleigh is an affluent city that can draw from affluent, highly educated individuals there and in surrounding areas. Think of all the major colleges and universities in the triad and surrounding areas. Gentlemen with means and college girls with wants.

Columbia is known on the "circuit" as a cheap, sometimes dangerous place for escorts. A few years back when I was more fluid in my financial liquidity I would book higher end ladies that visited here. Many complained about how cheap the men here were and / or how thuggish. One told me that even though she liked me, she would never visit here again; and to the best of my knowledge, she never has.

I saw her at a hotel off garner lane at the time her and another girl was sharing rooms. I was shocked when I saw her for the first time I was just thinking this going to be good. My visit went well and we talked for a bit and she told me she use to dance and has a child. I just assumed that's why she needed the money but the girl looked fabulous. Anyway I saw her twice after that and I could see how things started going down hill. The last time I saw her was at a hotel on broad and when I walked in the lights was kinda dim so I asked her to turn up the lights so I could see her. She paused at first then I walked over and turned the lights on I couldn't believe what I was seeing. This girl had bumps all over her like this pics you see online with girls doing meth and all. The best thing to do is get a few and stick to them. I have one I see and now I'm going to her house which is actually a nice house but she doesn't post like these other girls. If only there was some way to stick this up so it would stay near the top of this forum.

Around 2005 and prior, Columbia was actually considered a hot spot and a desired destination for many top providers from many of the larger cities. In fact, Columbia and Charleston was actually the home base of a few of the top ladies with stellar reviews on several of the hobby review sites. This was also a time when there were A LOT more hobby sites for the ladies to post as well as mix and mingle with other providers and fellow hobbyists. There was A LOT more online interaction between providers and hobbyists that didn't jeopardize one's safety and privacy as the case with some of what's happening on social media channels today.

Then one by one, these popular sites started disappearing. With less reliable sites to mingle / validate each other, both providers and hobbyists became more reserved and less willing to take chances with the unknowns. Some even disappeared from the hobby altogether. Then came all the news about the robberies and rip-offs by non-hobbyists in the Columbia and Augusta areas. I would hear from providers as far as LA, NY and Boston, that they heard about how dangerous Columbia had gotten and that they were not going to come back this way until it cleared up. Well, to them, it never cleared up, because many of these ladies NEVER came back to Columbia ever again. In fact, some of them stopped visiting Charlotte as well due to the number of stings that started occurring in the area back around 2007/2008. Providers became fearful of the area but to my knowledge, Raleigh seen to have had more of a positive impact from the providers avoiding Columbia and Charlotte. After a while, many of the visiting providers stopped asking me about Columbia and Charlotte all together and I never saw them visit our area again - not even posting on the other hobby boards.

And then came the now popular Quick Visit advertising. Prior to 2009, I don't recall this as being an option was offered by many of the local providers, or at least it was no where close to "the norm" that it's become today. So, as the introduction of the QV became more popular in many no-urban cities, the face of the hobby changed (IMO). This opened the door to just about anyone to sell their skills (or lack there of). And along with a new flux of non-providers came the vultures, the predators, the thieves, the robbers and the increase in "online management".

There are STILL a handful of reputable providers locally and who still frequent the area from time to time. But for the most part, the word has been out in the provider community for a number of to Stay Away From Columbia.

Unfortunate, but real.
