I don't bother approaching them unless they approach me. I try to respect their personal lives outside of work. Funnily enough most of the times it's at Asian grocery stores. The most memorable one had to be running into kgirl Megan / Lindsey / Hannah at Costco, made me wish she hadn't retired seeing her sexy body again. Good times we're had with her back in the day haha.

Yes happens, they have lives outside the hobby and most of the time will ignore you if you are with someone and I suggest the same if they are with someone.
