It is a full-service relaxation place. If you use the forum's search tool, you will find some messages about it. Judging from the comparative number of messages, apparently it's not as popular with forum members as several other places. Prior reports have mentioned that some of the providers there are white women (who generally aren't known for very good service at relaxation places), and that some of the customers are tourist types (who may be more easily satisfied than residents). I haven't been to VIP in ages. I used to like the old location on ward, it was just better over all IMHO. I did go to the current location when they just moved but it wasn't anything like the old VIP. There was too much 'traffic' and the rooms got rundown and old. Plus guys would hang around by the entrance. Tusmani's and the gambling house upstairs made it more of a chance for me to be seen by someone I knew so that's why I dropped it and went to other places. Mongering is like masterbation no one likes to get caught in the act.
