You are spot on in your assessment. I have been visiting providers in this area since 2019. I have to say that there seemed to have been better quality then than now. We exchange info about providers, and we've had providers in this forum community for years. There is zero problem with it as long as they're honest about who they are, rather than leaving fake reviews or sock puppeting discussion about themselves.

The idea that providers responding means it's not a safe space to talk about the hobby is just dumb. Providers are aware of this forum and other review sites. Have been for years. Any of them that give a shit about making money pay attention to what is said about them. If they need to clear the air about something being said about them, so be it.
