Someone hanging out in the bathroom
Exactly. I hate when they disappear. To the bathroom and lock in on the way out. If you can't use it that clearly means someone is in there, and judging by the motel that someone is most likely a dealer or black dude.
If they won't allow me to do a quick sweep of the room to confirm they are alone, I'm out of there. I usually ask / say upfront and before I arrive by sending a text saying "just confirming we're going to be alone with no one hiding out in the closet or bathroom?" I have had a few, good solid providers that understand and have offered as soon as I walk in to check the room to verify we're alone. If not, when I arrive, I usually tell them I have to pee and ask where is the bathroom? I have had two instances that could have turned into really bad situations. One was a guy that was hiding behind the door when I arrived and as soon as I stepped into the room, the provider shut the door revealing him standing behind it with a big stick. The other was one that had someone banging on the door within minutes of me getting there, waited just long enough for me to "get comfortable", which I refused to do as she was acting fidgety and not getting comfortable herself. I told her not to answer the door, but she did and a guy with a knife stepped in. Both times, they were quite surprised to find a 9 mm pointing directly into their face and quickly made a clear path for me to remove myself from the situation. I take steps to make sure that doesn't happen again.
