Playtiem, maybe I am naive so please help and explain further.
I use a burner phone text app and the number changed every month or so, I'm usually on a vpn app and I'm I'm on phones private settings. I use encrypted email out if europe. . maybe I just need a walmart burner phone instead but then I have to hide a whole burner phone too.

And identify you. Period. Even with a Walmart burner bought with cash and a fake name. It pings the towers and shows on your person the same as your non-burner phone. Nevermind the fact you are just running an app on your real phone through a VPN. All that metadata about you is associated somewhere with your identity.
