I've scooped 2 and neither have been recent. 4th in the AM used to have plenty of action. I've seen 4 at a time before, always early AM. Afternoon drive is typically dead, but I did scoop one this year close to 5 PM. Like I said, it's feast or famine. Tampa has been equally lame on SW action.

Both had interesting afternoons today. Heather rarely walks, but she's got needs and her sticky fingers can't always get the $$ it takes.
