I am sure the ss districts make a killing on those arrests. The key is to remain as unambiguous as possible. There are many cars out all day and night. There are many cars of the same make / model / color traveling at the same time. If a cop is sitting watching a car, he will not bat an eyelash seeing the same looking vehicle wander by once or twice over a period of time. If they see the same looking vehicle pass again and again regularly, they might take notice. Mix up the paths you take, use side streets, and try not to go though the same intersections to may times over the course of your hunt. If uncle is using the cameras for that purpose that night, will help you in the long run.

Kept holding her ribs and chest like maybe someone physically assaulted her. Also noticed one of her legs was scraped up. Maybe this E character roughed her up. She seemed nervous throughout the whole date. After she bailed on me got into another car probably going to put some drugs.
I'm done with the SW scene for awhile. Plan to visit a few escorts in July. I will report my experiences here.

I used to driver a upper end car. It was the kind that the girls dealers actually offered to buy more than once from what I was told. I didn't get pulled over because I drove as I was just passing through. Also as noted don't follow the same route.
Yes on my travels of urban tourism you can see absolutely nothing for a whole drive, but turn a corner and see a lot of activity that you were just through 15 minutes earlier. Question you have to ask is if you noticed the change who noticed you. Just use the rules of nature. Sometimes the fish will be biting because the flies are out, or the deer will be moving because it's dark out. The people on the streets follow patterns of nature. Also many times they know better what schedule LE is on than the rest of us think.
There are mongers that brag about getting head for 20. I say it goes far longer if you give the girl 20 and say "go home" to them. They can't get the drugs they want for just 20 but that guy that didn't shit on them still gets remembered through their fog. Even taking one of the zombies to get something to eat will have the reputation go up. You'll start hearing and seeing who's bad news and the hidden gems will start looking for you.
Lastly if your reading this then you are tourist to the area. Treat it as a hostile country where you need to do what needs be to be safe at all times. Now take the risk if you wish.

Who the hell would call the police for prostitution related activity on 34th and Lisbon? That location is a war zone. I sure hope the police are not tracking plates in the loops or planning to send out citations for activity on the loops in the near future based on past behavior.

If they all know that you are super cheap, take a bit to finish they may start to avoid or even tell you to hurry. The flip side, if you treat them well, offer a reasonable amount and maybe buy them a happy meal that is when they will remember you, maybe brag about it to other SW's and all of a sudden they are looking for you.
I will say that I don't do the strolling but the same ideas carry over to the other areas.

It's the standard rate for Milwaukee, especially for the typical girls I see out there strolling. I've said it before but most should be paying us. I've never gone so far as to give them money and send them away, but I always treat them with kindness and a modicum of respect. When I was heavily into the SW scene providers like Cassandra, Cassie, Denna, Morgan and Shandell would just about jump in front of my car when they saw me on the loop. I probably saw the now deceased Hannah 100 times over 5 years and even in her heyday she would give me FS for 20. She'd routinely text me mentioning it had been awhile and asking me to come see her. Twice she did threesomes with myself and a provider that advertised on STG and it was a true threesome with them kissing and eating each other out for 30.
I'm not laundry listing this stuff to brag, I'm nothing special, just another overweight, ugly guy in his 50's. Just pointing out that a little bit of kindness has reaped huge benefits over and over again and helped minimize my risk by being able to scoop and be on my way in seconds.
