I was a bit Leary at first but did meet the roommate just to set my mind at ease. Carthedge area is the location and although it looks a bit sketchy it's actually nice. Borderline spinner in my book. Price was spot on for 1/2 but I was actually there a bit longer than that with no complaints whatsoever and wasn't rushed.
