Basically the courts can take no further action until she can be located. It's not closed or adjudicated. F5 drug possession can be up to 5 years and 10 K fine. I don't know historically what Ohio actually gives for F5. She was a good one while it lasted. Not looking like a good outcome.

As far as the terminology, A case will say closed even if the defendant didn't show up for her hearing, because once they issue a warrant for a no-show, the case has officially been adjudicated. Please correct me if I'm wrong about that. As far as Malia goes, I don't have anything negative to say, I just wasn't all that impressed with her looks. I was just showing which court said the case was closed and which court appears to have an active warrant and a case marked inactive. If you know her name you can do the search.
