My friend rented to members of his family and they were short periodically and he had to go into his own pocket to cover note. So if many business experts caution about renting to members of your own family you know what they will say about renting to working girls. So use you head.

Any illegal activity on your property could come back to haunt you. Considering many girls main motivation revolves around drugs, these types of busts could result in your property being confiscated. Plus once they peg your property as any sort of trouble spot LE will always be watching. Rent really isn't a high priority in the minds of these girls. Responsibility isn't their strong suit.
