so what you're saying is that in most states if you are found in a stolen car you are going to be convicted of grand theft auto. are you stupid? unless you catch someone in the act of stealing a car the misdemeanor is what you're going to get. you see the prosecutor has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they were the people who stole the car. good luck without an eye witness or video. btw, the feds don't go to trials based on the rantings of people. they also would like proof of things and "your word" frankly is not enough. either way these guys will have something on their record. a misdemeanor is not a joke. i know people with **** drinking infractions that have gotten them denied jobs. sorry our justice system is always just. it errs on the side of accused. get over it.

Guys this is the friggin luck of the irish I was on my way home from a horrible Taste experience when as I exited the train at 79th who recognized me but our old forgotten frind krispleasure, I was like damn where have you been it's been years apparently she retired from teh biz got marriend hubby DIED and now she was looking to get back in (and so was I) she asked if i was busy I told her just heading home (eastbound) she asked if i knew of any places she could crash until her apt was ready, I told her about the south shore notell and she jumped at it we we jumped at ti LOL.
