Like you say what is the point of seeing them if that is the case. I don't demand a lot beyond the basics most of the time but that is a minimum requirement to even call yourself an escort IMHO. The recent post on this subject got me thinking again about something that has been on my mind lately. In just about every forum on this board there is a discussion (or multiple discussions in most cases) about value versus price in the hobby. I have read several and participated in a few. The typical outcome of these discussions is a lot of people offer their opinion but there is rarely even a general consensus reached much less one agreed upon conclusion. The reason for this is simple. We all look at things differently when we decide what is or is not a "good" deal. The point of this post ISN"T to start that same old tired debate here. Instead I want to look at the concept from a different angle. If we accept the fact that we will likely never fully agree on what constitutes "a good session" or "a fair price" the question becomes what use is this board? Again the answer is simple. INFORMATION. If you are looking at classified ads for vehicles you don't have to be a car guy to see the difference between a Corvette, a Cadillac and a Fusion. You can narrow your search down considerably just by knowing what you are in the market for and scanning the pictures. Escort ads are much harder to evaluate without taking a test drive. How do you conclusively tell the difference between the escort version of a Corvette and the escort version of the Fusion without spending your money and hopping in the drivers seat? Again the answer is INFORMATION. When we read a well written review we may all come away with a slightly different impression of that particular girl based on what we are looking for in an escort and that's fine. In fact I would go so far as to say that is the whole point. To return to the car analogy, whether we individually are looking for the escort version of a sports car, a luxury vehicle or just a plain old car that gets us from point A to point B without breaking the bank the key is INFORMATION. In others it can be difficult to even find a decently well written review that is recent enough to make a good decision. Sadly, the Quad Cities forum falls in that second category. The even sadder part is that I know there is abundant information out there that could make the QC forum a much better place for us all. In the past I have asked questions on the forum and been amazed at the ton of good info I get either in reply posts or PMs. I have also been amazed when I post a negative review (after investing my time and money) and I get a response along the lines of "Yeah I knew that months ago". I get that we all have or had our hidden gems we are reluctant to share but seriously guys we can do much better in sharing our knowledge to help each other make better decisions. What good does hoarding info do us? The answer is that is doesn't help us at all. The people that it helps are the girls that provide poor / overpriced service and rely on first time clients to stay in business. Many of these girls are still in business simply because there are guys out here that don't know better than to give them a try. They are preying on us being uniformed. When we leave shaking our head and mumbling "never again" they couldn't care less because our money is in their pocket and the next sucker is already on the phone texting "you available?" Sharing info would go a long way in weeding out the bad apples in the QC escort barrel by cutting off that first time / last time business and either forcing them to improve or find another line of work.

I challenge each of you, lurker and active participants alike, to look back on the last month of posts in this forum and ask yourself how many of the posts contain actionable intelligence that you could use to make a see or don't see decision of a local escort or massage parlor. My answer is 2-3 at the most. I also challenge you to ask yourself what YOU can offer to make the coming months posts better. We collectively have the info that we need. Why aren't we sharing it in the forum where it could be put to good use?

Theres no way to really be sure what they are actually up to. Cooling my heels in the parking lot left me feeling pretty exposed.
