I pay for the hour .4 let the massage start then after 15 min or so I ask for the service I want. (or in the last case she was already in her be'day suit) I tip at the end based on how I feel. And of course, a working girl has got to make her dime, certainly in the window of time when she's hot and has the goods. But know that in cheapie places like in chinatown or the quickie spots in Brooklyn and Queens you will most of the time find that theres a reason why these chicks are cheaper (with the exception of Shorty from Bushwich / Jamaica and Susan from 119 Elizabeth).
