If you give a partial truth and they discover you're covering up, that's not going to be good. There's also the issue that there doesn't seem to be real proof of the robbery you can produce. Its he said / she said. She would undoubtedly deny robbing you. Possibly deny pulling a gun and taser on you. Or admit that but say she was acting in self defense, that you were trying to assault her, or similar story.

SA probably has a similar problem in evaluating your complaint. How do they know you didn't make up the story because you have a grudge against her. Unless you have proof. If you send SA screen shots of your interaction that probably doesn't prove she robbed you but might prove that you (and maybe she) were involved in activity they don't approve of and ban you and her. But, if a few more guys report her, I'd guess SA will eventually ban her because of the cumulative number of complaints.

I too was the victim of a strong-armed robbery and I reported the crime to a nearby patrol car within minutes of it happening. The police were very interested and took down all the info. A short while later, they arrested ME for solicitation without even putting any effort to finding the armed robber a block away until an hour later. LOL To make a long story short, the armed robber stole 180 from me and the Milwaukee police didn't want to feel left out and therefore took another 699. The police are NEVER your friend in mongering. Never ever. Oh, and I also had the treat of spending 3 hrs in a holding cell. And afterward, finding my own way back to my car from the police station. Almost 2 miles away in the dark. So that taught me to never contact the police in any monger-related activity.

How is SA viewed in the eyes of the law? If there was no actual trail of discussing a sexual service for the exchange of money, wouldn't it have just been general armed robbery? I would actually think due to the nature of use of force and the stance LEO has been taking in regards to prostitution, LEO quite possibly would set up a sting with this female and catch her in the act. Sure they might drill the poster of what his "intentions" were regarding prostitution but if SA is a legit source for sugar daddy / baby connections, what stronghold would they have?

With me, the short amount of time messaging, later time (after 9) to meet, at a residential area would be a good start for them to assume. When I was the victim of an armed robbery, the thug came from behind the house as me and the ho walked up to the rear entrance to the house. After robbing me, they walked to the alley behind the garage where their car was probably waiting. Neither robber actually lived there. They had it planned out and lured me to that location. Most likely, either her friends or relatives lived there. But knowing it and proving it are two different things. Money can be replaced; your life cannot. I'd use it as a life lesson. Here is a scam that pops up fairly regularly. Always the same photos of a woman with a text tattoo under one of her breasts. Goes by that name Natalia. The response is automated and follows the same script. Text the number and you will get a very friendly response often including an encouraging photo. Followin texts will say that she is staying near or at the Ramada. Then you will be directed to a web site for confirmation before you meet. The verification site only has her photos and will ask for your credit card info to be safe.

How do I know it is a scam? First, nobody builds a verification site for only one person. Second, and even more telling, is that you can text from different nu, beers, say anything, and get the same scripted responses. I texted sequential numbers after the first text so it would go something like.

Me: hi, saw your ad.

Her response.

Me: 2.

Her response.

M: 3.

I would just type numbers and would get automated responses.
