As it is everywhere else, the main tradeoff is time vs money. If you can afford to raise the budget in these times, that's one option, but if you don't need a full hour, you can get good quality at a decent rate for shorter visits. Compared to the slob you wasted 180 on, you could see a young hottie for 150/30. I do pretty well with 70-100/15.
