I went to a place called Any Lab Test Now which is in a strip plaza on Kemper Meadow near Winton Road and I-275. They did a complete STD test for all the above for $229 and no doctor referral or appointment is needed. Just walk in, pee in a cup, a nurse takes a vial of blood and they email you the results within 48 hours. All confidential. You can give them any name and address you want.

Individual tests for Hepatitis, Herpes, HIV and Syphilis are $49 each. Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are $89 each. I chose the complete test so I could be sure I was clean of all of them.

Sorry if I sound like a commercial for them but I didn't know such a place existed. I didn't want to go to my family doctor for obvious reasons. Plus she would have probably charged a lot more for the check-up in addition to the lab tests and then billed my health insurance. Which I didn't want to do.
