I used to go almost weekly, their loss. Yes, the previous help was older but their service was miles better than the girls they have working now and at a more reasonable price. I believe the management also runs M foot Massage 2 doors down on the corner. I've heard their prices / services are the same as Mei.

Pay with cash. Its next to impossible to get the price you want if you're paying wiht card.
Only bring in what you're willing to spend.
Finalize negotiations before handing her the money. One time I asked for a HE for 20 and handed her the money. Big mistake.
She tried to say 20 was the tip and the HE was extra. Not having it.
And last but not least, be firm! Stand your ground. They just put in 1/2 hr. - hr. Work of massage. Highly unlikely they'll let a 20 walk out the door for a HE that last 5 min. Were in control, not them.
