All of these places are closer to notels that rent for about $20. 00 (they have a shower and CLEAN sheets).

Cruising up ockocheebee west into hialeah I turned on Curtis Pwky going North. Went I hit 62nd I went left to Palm Ave. A few blocks up Palm is a Hotel. It is a jazcuzzi type place that is a sister to the one on (okeechobee). Upon reaching the corner I saw a woman standing on the corner. I pulled over right before the corner. The whole street has a side parking area for the stores and apartment buildings.

A few blocks up from that point is a drug rehabilitaion housing place. Alot of mentaly insane people there. I have picked up a few SW's that are housed there over the years, but they are always alittle strange. The people that live there normally walk to the C-Store and act bizzare. There is a heavy set BSW who used to live there that was the only normal one I've seen.

Anyway I wasn't sure if this woman I was watching was getting ready to cross the street or not so I watched for awhile. Because it is freezing she has a few layers on so it is hard to tell if she is a SW. After awhile she walked over and asked for a cigarrette. I don't smoke, she asked for a ride.

I have found the area on 79th street west of 32nd ave over the tracks by the cafeteria on the north side to be a pretty good pick up spot. It is easy to get on douglas and take it back to the Everglades or down 79th to the pink house.

I am also on the search for non-pro's. In the past I have found that: in hollywood- Ocean's 11, Frenchies, and Tradewinds have been good spots.

I am going to see what is going on in West Hollywood and also on 125th street in Miami there are a couple of bars that look promising especially the one east of biscayne.

There has to be some places that are safe, and reliable indoor bar scene where non pro's and pro's hang out.

Also the bars by the beach on 71st and a few blocks north have always produced worthwhile in the past.

In the next few weeks I am going on an all out search and I even have a new camera ready. Just need some cards and batteries and I am good to go.

I refused to use craiglist because of bait and switch, le, scams, etc. I will not put myself in that situation.

The best thing for me I think is Flagler or 8st. Biscayne is ok but 79 I don't think I would try unless it's east of 95 maybe. I never tried 46 or 54. I think I saw a SW awhile back on 125 west of 95 but Flagler and 8st have been pretty good lately as far as how the SW's look. I don't think they're on crack. Most are young, fresh, clean, etc. What can I say. You just gotta watch out for le.

You don't find that kind of talent (looks) in Miami for less than $150.00 if at all. Much better than the usual 79th/Overtown chicks.

Hollywood is probably the best area except it is by the far the most heavily patroled especially now- SnowBird season.

In addition you can always swing by Tarks for some great oysters for the mojo, and there is a great pizza place Antonio's on US1 where it meets dixie and for dessert there is jacksons. Or the drive through ices and gelato place Rosies is outstanding. Plus there are two casinos on the sw trail along with other misc. things to break up the time. In additon the beach North of Stirling is so private that you can bring the sw out there and fuck in the ocean if you like. On many occasions this is the best option for me. Can't do that on Biscayne.

Overall a much better area to cruise and search. The Grand Motel no longer does the hourly thing because we are in season. Your best bet is the closest Motel to Mcdonalds-across from the gas station before Sheridan coming from the NORTH.

The rooms I believe are between 20-$25.00 for the hour. Usually the sw is happy to be inside and shower and will negotiate down to about $40.00 for 1/2 and 1/2.

I have found the best place to search is the paralell street to the west of Us1, I think it is 18th? especially around Johnson till taft.

Don't circle too much and obey speed limit and turn signal rules to the max. The cops are itchy in this area.

To repeat the obvious - if you are cruising residential areas like you almost need to when monger in Hollywood (Much more than biscayne and points south) you have to bring an alibi. I usually carry a map or a paper with an address of a street I know is in the area. This will save you. Also if you follow the Northbound money management system......$20.00 and condoms in left, $1.00s + wallet Right, $5.00 back right, $10.00 back left you may want to pull your money to the front as soon as your being followed or stopped.

One more thing, if your cell is hidden bring it out while you are being stopped.

They are searching for drugs- thats all. Make it less suspicious and your free to go after a half hour- multiple undercover harassament etc.

If you are stopped with a sw inside your car in Hollywood or Pembroke Park or Dania, best of luck. Keep your story straight and stick to it no matter what the police say.

Most people who have problems- face them in the dropoff. Pull into a gas station or shopping center and let them out. Even take gas if you feel followed.
