Update:. Just checked the site you posted the photo from as evidence it's fake. The viraler is a site that culls the best photos from Instagram accounts. So, there is no evidence that she's fake. It could simply be an Instagram photo.
Anyone willing to share tips for those inexperienced in this hobby? How do you normally initiate or negotiate? Does it start with a brunch or dinner and then go to a room after? Which timing the conversation does negotiation happen? I take it being straight and blunt helps.
I'm curious about anyones proven method of pooning if you are willing to share some tips and tricks.

I talk to her about whatever, treat it like a normal date and I don't mention sex at all in the first meeting. I make sure it's an upscale or trendy / hipster restaurant and make it seem as friendly and non-creepy as possible. I pay for the meal, however I don't pay for meet and greets. I know that a lot of people do and it doesn't seem to be a problem, but I just personally don't like setting that type of expectation.
If I'm feeling a strong positive vibe from her, on our parting walk out to her car, I'll ask politely if she wants to see my place which will always lead to fucking if she says yes. If I don't feel a strong vibe, I'll let it be a normal goodbye and then tell her that I'd really love to see her again over text / messaging. That way there's nothing awkward for her if she wants to say no. I would say that if we do a date like this, it's been greater than 90% that we end up having sex shortly after. In my opinion, a lot of these women have some REALLY bad experiences with these guys so if you treat them like a human being, they'll not only fuck you, but you'll end up fucking them for really cheap (I. E. "Could you help me with my cell phone bill? Or even free later on.
Just another example, I went out with this girl Kristin last weekend in Kansas City. She couldn't find a babysitter so it was me, her and her 9 year old daughter at a kid-friendly restaurant (Cracker Barrel! Her daughter talked to me as much as Kristin did and wanted to do things like play these games where I guess how to spell her name etc. After we said goodbye, Kristin started texting me saying how her daughter won't stop asking about me and she's never been around a guy who was nice to her daughter. I ended up fucking Kristin Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and didn't pay her a thing other than taking them out to one more dinner.
I'm not saying that free sex is the norm, but I'm a 5'4" Asian tech guy, not some 6'2" chad. I understand being impatient and wanting to get to the point as soon as possible, but I feel that the SA / SB thing works best when you pretend like that's NOT the most important thing on your mind (even if it is).

Because anything awful or embarrassing (or anything that can be taken out of context to look that way) will be used against you. There are also enough fake profiles out there that are scammers and blackmailers and leaving them anything to work with is a huge mistake.
These girls are all about getting the money for the least amount of work. If you give them a way to get the money without opening their legs or mouth they will happily use it.
