A few years ago it was relatively easy to find something decent and coordinate it quickly. They do what the do because we allow it and pay for it. There is no such thing as "fake" demand". Their price reflects what most men would pay for the service. Here is a slightly deeper look by reviewing this from the "women" and "men" prespective:
