Communication was great as I had a limited window available and she was able to schedule me in. She actually confirmed less than an hour before on agreed time and said to call when I arrived. Arrived few minutes early and sent text I was there. Nothing received back, tried calling and no answer. Tried few more times and just crickets! After waiting 20 minutes decided to leave. Of course I finally get a call 30 minutes after appointment time basically saying sorry didn't hear phone. Said she would make it up to me and did seem sorry. There was another vehicle there, so guess she double booked assuming one us wouldn't show. So be aware you might be wasting your time.

She gave me the address and info in the call and less than an hr. Later I was at her door. It's easy to find in a nice neighborhood in north Knox. It's a neighborhood of Condos with limited parking.
