Providers are white and will wear a bikini during the session if you pay a (steep) extra fee. As for extras, there wasn't a hint of extras to be had, though the massage was good. However, the bikini doesn't do much since you're face down and can't see her for the first 45 minutes. Apparently the owner is a former worker (Mallary) at LaToca in Sterling Heights. I don't have a RM membership (there are 9 LaToca reviews there), but most of the LaToca reviews on USASG have my experience as well (hot girl, bikini, no finish).

For 70 per hour and 40 or 50 tip, you will get a HE from a much younger provider than you find at most places in the immediate area. Also pretty reliable is the Asian Massage on Warren just West of Wayne. Same story as Chinese Massage. You can find both on google searches and google maps. Let us know your experience.
