If you go to an appointment knowing you have a clean test and plan to get tested after the appointment I see no problem in going for BBFS. Just check to make sure she has no sores or discharge or stinky down there first.

I apologize if this isn't the forum to post in. I've had a long time sugar baby who I see in Vegas. Some weeks ago I started to have this frequency urinating. No other symptoms. No pain. You should consider going to a clinic that can determine the nature of your infection. They'll examine you and analyze a urine sample to identify the type of bacteria infecting your urinary tract. The sample is cultured and tested for antibiotic sensitivity and specificity.

Here was the issue. They told me they will call 3 times if they can't reach me they send a letter. Well I generally fly every week. I was lucky they called and I answered but they still sent the letter. I was able to cancel and called in sick and was able to intercept the letter.

Can anyone remember how long it takes the results to come back and any advise on how to make sure they don't send letter.

I could set up a 2 week no fly period.

I tell the lady I'm there for std testing, she explains a few things and confirms my info, and I fill out forms. It's $40. If I test positive they will call me, or as a last resort mail me. I've used the county clinic (different location) 17 years. One time I got a letter from "San Diego County Health" reminding me to get my next Hepatitus vaccine shot, which I had started. Hep B and Gardasil 9 are vaccines you want in this hobby. The latter is genital warts and risk of cancer from the virus.

One is especially at the old location, the ladies there were professional and dealt with std testing all day, knew a lot about it, and focused on giving me good care. I got 2 out of 3 shots of Gardasil 9 before COVID, and now I am pass 45, and pharmacy does not let me finish the last shot. Driving me crazy. I might try AHF and see whether they would give Gardasil 9 to 45+ people.

I am also not taking BB action and I am also not seeing BB girls nowadays. Just too risky. Too much hassle.

Question guys, or maybe a reality check for me. I've recently crossed paths with a "UTR" provider (fairly well known in the forums, not really UTR) that says she will do me BB. Am I the only one that is leary of seeing a BB provider or am I out of touch (pun intended). Someone give me a sanity check please.

Talk to you PCP. You don't need to give them specific details about what you do. If they aren't comfortable with providing PrEP then they can refer you to someone who is. 2) Get vaccinated for Hepatitis B if you aren't already. 3) Get HPV vaccine. It won't protect you from all types of genital warts, but it will protect you from the most common ones and the ones that cause cancer. 4) If you are on PrEP, then your doctor will screen you every 3-4 months for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV. PrEP won't protect you from gonorrhea, chlamydia, or syphilis, but those are treatable. I've weighed sharing this for quite some time and finally have decided to speak up. I've been hitting strip clubs in the Akron area periodically since about 2001 or so.

I know talking with some peeps in LA / SJ they get tested more often. If you dabble in this hobby you need to get checked out.
