I start Thursday night over in b/cb around 11:30. A few times around Fairhaven and Patapsco finally landed my Marce, she said short for Marcella, WSW. Found Marce on Potiac. I have been reading some of Terra's post's for a little while and including what you noted about him being able to monger daily at all hours of the day he does share a lot of characteristics with undercover operations.
(1) - He tells a lot of stories that are interesting and informative. Undercover operatives always tell a lot of stories and try to provide evidence (pictures are the easiest by the way) of their criminal activity and adventures. This allows the marks (i.e. the people being investigated) to become more comfortable with the undercover and view the undercover as "one of us".
He also gets involved in a lot of discussions not involving sex and prostitutes (race, politics, socio-economic issues). This is a good idea for undercovers because this is the internet version of "hanging out" with the marks. An undercover will try to spend a lot of time with marks even when not engaging in criminal activity to further create comfort in the marks. People let their guard down around people they are more familiar with. An undercover will hang out just for the hell of it if he can. Hell an undercover will have the time to do it since trying to gather evidence against suspected criminals is his full time job.
(2) - He makes it well known that he is open to working with others to engage in criminal activity. Basically, the same way drug/vice undercovers work, standing on a corner looking like a drug dealer or prostitute to get customers to illegally solicit them. Several times he has mentioned trying to create a network of mongers and prostitute contacts with organized price structures and he makes it sound so innocent and easy (another sign).
Unfortunately, he doesn't tell you that what he is suggesting is certainly at a minimum a conspiracy charge in all 50 states and can become a federal case since I imagine there would be prostitutes from DC, VA, and probably other nearby areas involved. If anyone bites, it would also give these US domestic law enforcement agencies, particularly federal, the probable cause to start using MLAT treaties (Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty) among others to obtain the usasexguide records of those who use this message board, particularly those he convinces to interact/message with him privately. Depending on how far you work with him, this would eventually lead to possible full-time surveillance of your internet connection among other things.
Even though these servers are not located in the US, with the MLAT and other treaties, a Canadian court would rule for a Canadian company to provide the records requested if US authorities provide probable cause that a crime is being committed in the US.
Not to mention some of you guys have mentioned previous substance abuse issues (and I imagine some of you have current substance abuses issues) and some have admitted to owning firearms. If those can get entangled in anyway (which they would if one's residence is raided) they have a real blockbuster of a case and news story.
Honestly, if you are located in the US, you should not "get to know" anyone on this messageboard for your own safety, particularly someone suggesting a scenario that would easily be viewed as an organized conspiracy.
(3) He makes it known that he engages in other criminal activities. A recent example:

Stupid criminals do this, not-so-smart criminals might do this with people who they know very very well, undercover operatives certainly do this (makes you feel comfortable when you know they have "street cred"), but international, sophisticated, never-been-caught, experienced criminals do not do this.
Either he is a really dumb pimp (professional pimps operating in jurisdictions where pimping is illegal try to stay out of the limelight unless absolutely necessary, ex: to collect unpaid monies), an undercover, or just a internet liar. I wouldn't want to become more familiar with any one of those options.
I don't mean this post to be inflammatory as I don't know whether or not Terra is an undercover of some kind, just pointing out a possible danger that I observed. This website is certainly a big target for a lot of US law enforcement agencies and some individual posters of this forum among others are probably highly prized targets as well (sex busts make better news when they have leaders or organizers they can parade around the ringleaders of an alleged "interstate sex slavery trade" as I imagine would be the headline for the bust of mongers if they followed Terra's suggested plan of monger organization).
If he is an undercover, from what I have seen he has done a much better job than others who were suspected on this forum, but he still needs some work.

That was a very thoughtful, well written and very articulated report. I concur with you 100%. After reading some of his reports, and especially some of his questionable antics and attitude toward women, it does give you a moment of pause. Terra, Super Train, Ahmad John (and his two/three other alias on this board), is either mentally challenged, or is an undercover cop.
Terra, (or whatever name he wants to call himself), seems to be an undercover officer. I am not completely sure if it is local, state,or federal. We have to remember that undercover agents/officers work for years trying to fit in, to gain and establish that credibility as you say. Undercover agents work for years to collect evidence to use for prosecution. Anyone remember the movie Donnie Brasco.

I repeat again, I have no idea whether or not you are some type of active law enforcement agent doing an investigation. I am simply making observations and opinions. I could be completely wrong. I am not giving advice to anyone about what to believe or what they should do.

I disagree with:

You provide information similar to the way an infomercial or a salesman will. Part of what you say is 100% the truth, but it is sprinkled with a few little not-so-true tidbits. It is the not-so-true tidbits that will cause you to waste your money on a ineffective product (infomercial/salesman) or put you in prison (alleged criminal activity).
If you were truly the super-monger that you appear to be, it is hard to believe you would suggest a network of mongers and prostitutes. Since you know just how dumb mongers and prostitutes can be and how many hidden issues a person can have (a worldly, charismatic person like you should definitely know this), I can't see a guy like that trusting to work with guys he meets on the internet.
It would be highly unusual for a guy that smart, that smooth, that knowledgeable about people around the world and the illegal sex market to give an invitation to guys who a significant portion are at least addicted to sex and may have any number of unknown bad habits which would cause problems for the network you envision.
If you are not an investigative agent, it would only take one idiot monger or prostitute, getting caught doing something unrelated to the network or just opening their mouths to get everyone in trouble and the trouble would be much bigger than misdemeanor solicitation. Not to mention, if you are not an investigative agent, your plan certainly would attract some to join and there is no foolproof deterrent against that given the nature of how the whole thing would be setup.
Doesn't seem like something a smart super-monger who wants to make things better for himself and everyone else would risk slipping up like that. That little mistake does not quite fit with the rest of the profile. Whether you are a law enforcement agent, I have no idea, and really I don't want to find out. The less I know about you or anyone else and vice versa, the better. I much prefer being in a position where it doesn't matters whether or not you are LE. Not getting to know each other is one part of keeping me in that state.
The best advice to stay safe is to treat everyone as a possible undercover agent even if you have no reason to do so. If you do that you will probably never have a problem.
There are certainly other members of these forums who I would consider super-mongers who are similar to Terra, but don't raise any flags when I read their posts. Cookyjar would be one example, nothing I can remember about his posts has ever bothered me. Of course if he or any other people I consider super-mongers acted like Terra I would look at them suspiciously too. Even though there are no flags for a guy like Cookyjar, I still don't want to get to know him or get involved in a network with him as that is absolutely crazy for many many reasons. Judging from his posts a guy like Cookyjar would not suggest it anyway.
I don't want to get into an argument as that is not the purpose of my posts. Nor do I want to be an unwilling and unknowing partner in a game of good cop, bad cop which this seems like it could easily turn into if it hasn't already. We are all grown men who can make decisions about who is safe, what is safe, etc and I cover my own ass. Just pointing out things I noticed that I am sure other members would be interested in hearing about. To be clear, I will repeat once again, I have no idea whether or not Terra is an undercover agent or not.

Was heading home Sunday night around 11 not really looking for anything when out of no where was a nicely shaped blonde wearing short jean shorts walking by the family dollar on dundalk/holabird. Well, I had to make the stop, she gets in, body was terrific for her age, about late 30s, pierced nipples probably a c-cup, tanned body no apparent sores/track marks/whatever. The skin was smooth as I rubbed her thigh and my boy immediately powered up. Negotiated jack + half for it all. Went to a cool spot, BJ = slamming, doggie = slamming, cowgirl, you name it, one of the rare finds that I just love when it happens to me. Said she doesn't work the streets much, and by her appearance could be true. We're supposed to hook up later in the week and get a room. I'll keep you posted. Her name was Debbie.

I was driving on Wash Blvd and saw this fine ass blond walking toward scarey from bayard. She was wearing short pink shorts on a nice ass, about 5'6", 110lbs. She was walking in a zigzag as if she was drunk or high. She, from time to time, looked at traffic. I drove slightly past her to get a look at her face and she turned out to be a goddess. She was literally a 9. 5 on a CIVI scale, a perfect 10 on SW scale. And trust me, my ratings are very discriminating. I couldn't make the pull over because she seemed too good to be true. As I drove up scarey towards ramsey, I saw two LE parked in the school backyard. I would have turned around but something just didn't feel right. Did anyone else see her this morning or had any experience with her?

I had similar experience Sat. night on Rt. 40 near Haven, except it was two hotties in identical miniskirts strolling side-by-side smiling at traffic, a blonde and a brunette. Something just didn't feel right.

I've seen her out on two occasions, but haven't been able to make the scoop. I also thought she was le, but she is just too damn hot. I've never seen le pull anyone over after she vanishes. I have not heard about stings when she was out. In fact, I've seen her at two different locations further out washington with no le in sight. That doesn't mean she isn't, but I have a hard time believing a woman that hot is working vice for BCPD. More than likely she is a stripper with a fresh habit. She might be the hottest woman I've ever seen on that loop. I damn near had a head on collision the first time I saw her out, and I don't usually turn my head. Next time I see her, I'm not circling. I only get snippets of the fairy tales when people respond to the drivel that is posted, but I assure you of the following...if no one responds to his posts, he will get tired of the game and go away. He clearly gets a sick pleasure from getting you all riled up.
Think back to the others who tried to disrupt the board - DannyBoy and CumFountain, among a few others. We ignored them, and they went away after they could not find anyone with whom they could get into a fight or a moronic colloquy. The whole point of "Don't feed the trolls" is based on this principle.
My suggestion is you all begin with a one week moratorium on responding to (or better yet reading) Terra Caca's posts (credit to Smiling Fox for the nickname - it fits). You will see how much improved the board will be. If he responds to this post DON'T RESPOND. I won't. Heck I won't even see it :)
You will find that one week can be come two, then three then a month. We will all be better for it.

Made a run during lunch and saw a brunett named Courtney. Jockey type, scars on the arms but a good attitude. She provided an ample pipe cleaning for the standard fees. She was camped out in a spot where I've rarely been able to execute a pickup on Wash. She was a bit on the dirty side, but not all that bad. She did not smell, which compared to last year, is a plus.
I would repeat, but only in a pinch, I did end up with digits somehow.

Not saying [u]she[/u] is LE, but there is (was) an unbelievably hot blond ULE who, along with her 2 male counterparts, pulled up me, my ex, blond Rachel, and some cruddy white dude a couple of years ago on Pulaski St. The dude, as I found out later had 50 vials of coke on him, but LE searched him, and never found it.

Thanks for the heads up Balti. You'll see this one out there eventually. I think she walks down from out washington. She's always on the move. I have not seen any men within a three block radius of this one, and she looks early-mid twenties(maybe 25). She takes care of herself, and does not look like she was raised in that area.
