Many of the girls are arrest 3 or 4 times in the same year, so 120 +- girls could account for that many arrest. Sure makes IPD look good with that many arrest for prositution except it not that many diferent people just a lot of the same ones. There is always Google Voice that allows you to change your number. It is a longshot, but still might be it.

Same location, sme basic description. I'm a noob and so missed her on the first pass. Looped around at the Shell station, but she was poached. Needed to be downtown at about 8 last night, so I decided to go by way of E. Washington and environs and pull a RIF (Recon in Force) on the way.
