I miss the site too. I put a lot of reviews up and thought it was an excellent site due to it's direct ties with HX.

I put some on TER but it's not worth it as you have to spend a lot of hobby money to generate lots of reviews to get VIP status.

If the owner actually owned both sites with the content that was there it would probably be grounds for legal action to come down on them. Now with HX and the TOS it is a user moderated community. Simple windows photo editor will allow you to reduce size of a picture. If you have nothing, you can use MS Paint to do it. It is the default imaging tool for windows since birth haha. Quick tutorial on paint:
