However, last week I responded to a BP ad without a pic that gave a description of red head and freckles. I responded and sure enough it was her, so I stopped communicating.

Over the years I have developed a few all-time favorites, as you would expect.

I've been in this hobby for 40+ years and still I sometimes succumb to an act of generosity that bites me in the ass.

Now when a favorite asks me for a cash advance or to hold the money or to get a room or whatever I tell them that is the only way I know to guarantee that our relationship will end.

Remember they are a slave to a chemical dependency whose powers exceed their goodwill and intentions.

I sure hate to hear about her doing this I always thought she was one of the more reliable ones and was one of the best tour guides to Greece. The added weight may have come as much from a dumb ass that kept her in commissary food. LOL ok probably more than just me. Bottom line so much I could say as a long time fan, supporter and I'd say even friend. But I won't. So I'll leave it at I'm disappointed that she has sunk to the point of grab and go. No matter what she may have hustled, edged the truth from time to time, had a horrible habit that she fed too much and too often. But under that she had a chance at being a different person and in a different life. Well it appears she may yet be? Just not the one several of us had hoped for her. I visited in jail, picked her up when she got out. Know for a fact she had treatment options available out of town to do things differently. She had detoxed and was 69 Days clean when she walked out. Within an hour of being out she was chasing old people, places and things. So much for change but to her credit she did the right thing by me and decided not to rob me. We didn't exchange good for services. I wasn't wanting that when trying to actually help her. But she did return things of value I got her on release because they where gifts meant for a different person than who she reverted to. I hope she finds peace and happiness even now. But her choices will only get harder and harder I'm afraid. But I'd expect the skinny Savannah back before too long.

For a moment her eyes were clear and appeared to have hope. Maybe it was just hope to return to things past? Who knows? But her smile and clear head, if only lasting minutes after release, sure was cool for that far too brief moment. I am fond of her too, but know I can't trust her or her decisions. Now I accept nobody can do anything for a person in her situation or thinking if they are not truly wanting and dedicated to changing. Not just talking about it. Lying and fooling herself is the saddest part. And I think behind glass she would agree with that statement. Oh yea, she did!! Now I can only assume the choices she makes will only be based on need.
