In Schenectady:
State street from Brandywine to Nott Terr, and one block over on Albany St, same stretch. I haven't been for some time, but there are cameras on the brandywine end of Albany St. and lots of LE, so be careful.

In Albany: Try the streets around Paulys hotel (a bar). Be careful though, this area is more dangerous than Schenectady and the hoes that much rougher.
