I guess this is something that you have to play by ear, so to speak, if you feel uncomfortable with the situation, don't do it.

I never ever ever get a room in my name, regardless of the temptation. There are always other girls out there. If they don't have an I'd they can use, then that tells you something right there. Safety first, always.

Pay for a room? - sure, if you really want to see her and that's the only way. It could be viewed as part of the cost of a multi-hour / overnight appointment (aka, out call).
2. Let her stay there after you leave? - Nope, if the room is in your name, she need to leave when you do. If she wants to stay longer, the room needs to be in her name, using cash or her CC. Never had it happen to me; but there are stories of the girl and / or her pimp trashing the place and you getting charged for all the damages.

I think her name started with a V. I haven't seen her around anywhere lately but maybe she's moved on to another area and might make a return.
