However, if you know how to use it. It is a great tool. When I see a review, I take a look to see if the person has seen other providers, that I consider great. Often, there are patterns. Likewise, there are a lot of newBs, who think every experience gets 5 stars. When I see a 5 star review, or a negative review, I check the reviewer's credentials. Some folks don't have any credentials, so their opinion is irreverent. I like new experiences. However, if I don't feel like rolling the dice. Buffy is on my short list for a consistent 5 star experience. When folks report negative experiences with her. I wonder, "well, who do you think IS great?" I would like to check out who that is. But what I have done a few times is to send a PM to the hobbyist that posted the review, and ask for some details. Most of the time they provide the information I need.
