I got a different woman twice, I'm assuming because it was late and I think they mostly shut down after 9 pm. Another on the forums mentioned asking for them by the name in the ad, that might help.

The one you are talking about them always hide the face and have the same headlines with misspelling like anjoy and amazing.

Every so often there is a surge of ads that I assume are all fake pics, similar to the Springfield ones. I've never tried them though.
