I wouldn't rate a provider a 9 because someone else says she's pretty.

Profile is generally set by first review, which is often a shill or agency fanboy. Pics accurate, body type, age, services offered.
Performance scores are max 7 UNLESS she either BBBJ, LFK / DFK, or greek or some combo. Just plain stupid system.
Guys let bookers and escorts know their TER handle so they can get discounts or references after a good review, so incentive to drive up scores.
