Fourth and final attempt, set up appointment time, was actually ENROUTE to her location (without final room number given), she told me she was IN THE SHOWER getting ready for me, then ghosted me.

So, I made an appointment to see Lexxy instead, and she had a room mate with her (Daniella) and got a twofer.
