I refuse to pay it especially with only a select few willing to give a HE ending. I have a couple in my back pocket that are worth the visit but I am hesitant to share because what usually happens is they get busy and then the girl gets ran off by the manager. Foot Spa, Relax, Lucky and Master have kept their rates below $100 for 60 minutes. Feet Retreat locations have lost their minds.

I am in Knoxville for the night and decided to check out the parlor on Schubert Road and glad I did Lily a cute little spinner said I was the first customer that they had just opened. Was clean and had parking in the rear behind the building. Good massage and the flip was amazing. A full menu available. YMMV but I will repeat when I am in the area.

Saw coco, few years older than Lily, heavier, but still cute and maybe in her late 20's.

Coco confirmed Lilly is skinny and younger, so she'll be the next visit.

Normal area rates at the door, H1-H3 offered so your total cost is a range but all in the current market pricing.

Similar experience as others. My buddy saw Coco Let's keep it vague though. My buddy did not experience the options as other posts, but still awesome. The parking area was so full when I left I thought my buddy would be blocked in.

Rumor has it that there is no signage of any kind at the location. I was told there is a gravel parking lot in the back that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles and is only partially visible from the road but the back of the property is open to adjacent neighborhood.

My buddy said the interior still looks like a residential home, that the back entrance comes in through the kitchen. That being said my buddy felt comfortable and safe in the massage room.

They said it seemed there were 2 providers in th building, both appeared to be 25-35. Buddy wasn't overly impressed with the massage, said it was about a 5/10 but the after care was a solid 8/10.

Interesting new take on service for Knoxville. Everything available. Not subtle at all. One other car in parking lot when I went, two different ones when I left. I could not tell how many providers were there. Safe enough, clean enough. I prefer the storefront places as the massage is so much better. My provider was hot, young, willing, and shapely, and not disappointed in the limited services I wanted.

I do not think it will last. This has to generate complaints from the neighbors, even though they are low-key. They are not careful, not licensed, and conspicuous in their own way. For me it was a one and done. Others will welcome the addition. YMMV.

I feel like we've all agreed on a name "Lilly's" LOL. Been twice now, first time saw coco. This time today saw Lilly.

Coco gave a better massage and didn't feel rushed. Bit heavier but not bad looking.

Lilly gave an ok massage, was more attractive than coco, but rushed me in and out.

There's a third girl, don't know name, even smaller than Lilly, might try and see her next.

It's only a matter of time before this place gets an unwanted spotlight, the store front option isn't as open about extra services and tries to be discrete. Cons of this is that a lot them don't offer extra, pros of this is it's in the open enough to not raise a red flag. This new style is more like what I've seen in Texas or Washington or Florida where it's pretty much open to anything but not outwardly operating with a sign, website, etc.

My advice is we all participate with a measure of caution until the good times end. Stay safe brothers.
