Now. I prefer to get out the loops entirely, to much LEO around. I prefer going SE whenever possible, over by Bay View. Around Bay St there's a few parking lots that are pretty quite and some industrial areas where there's enough parked cars you won't stand out, but virtually no foot traffic except at lunch or quitting time. For me, I'm most comfortable "hiding in plain sight". Tuck into the middle of a row of parked cars, you can watch for LEO and no one else driving by look twice (how often do you pay any attention to parked cars as you drive by them?) What I DON'T do is find some super remote spot without another car in sight. If LEO rolls by they're going to circle in to see what that one lone car is doing.

Just my personal preference. Good luck and report back.

But much closer to G. If you scoop on G just head a few blocks south and get lost in the mix with all the other cars in the area. Empty parking lots are the worst. I've had no problems once parked off the loop.

One time at 7 am on a weekend I figured fuk it. I'll just park right here. (one block south of G on about 20). Well the homeowner didn't care for it and made motions through the window for me to move on, so I did. Just casually drove away and finished in her mouth while driving. Works for me!

HS.[/QUOTE]With the weather about to get warmer, another option is to use a windshield shade. Park alittle out of the way, put the shade up. I have tinted windows everywhere but the windshield, so it helps me out a bunch.

I mean you can't see anything most of the time, just blacked out but the law says the tint must allow more than 35% of light in. Do they not enforce this here?

Problem is they choose when they want to and when they want to look the other way. You could have tint for years and then one day Poof a warning issued to remove it in 15 days. It's such a pain and good luck not damaging the rear defrosters.

Their units are equipped with a tool that measures how much light is let through. City / County police do not have time to have be worried about window tint, unless A) it's super obviously illegal or B) they're looking for a reason to stop / harass you in hopes of landing another charge.

Be safe boys.[/QUOTE]I remember a while back there was a contact 6 piece about the window tinting. A girl had her B / F's windows tinted and he got a ticket for them. I think it was Greenfield locals and they had the device to measure the tint. It turned out the tint place did advise her what she wanted was too dark but she didn't comprehend / care and had them do it anyway. As stated, they can use that as a reason to stop you if they want but it can be used against you if anything happens due to it, such as an accident where the tint may have hindered your sight. Right or wrong, it falls under personal preference, what you feel comfortable with and willing to deal with.

The advertising "wraps" on the city buses are made of a material that, while covering the windows from the outside, is completely transparent from the inside. I've seen it done on cars but I don't recall if they covered the driver's side window. Just wondering if the same material could be used for tinting?

The tinting is usually uniform when I do the tint this way.

Decided to take a stroll after going out downtown last weekend, not much talent was out. Called chella around 3:00 am picked her up from her home. She offered me incall inside her home but I opted for a car date. She gave me a very nice CBJ, chella never disappoints me. I got what I wanted and dropped her back off. Can't go wrong with her if your in a pinch.

First thanks for the people that gave advice on where to go as it helped out a lot and came in handy. This was last Friday morning I drove around National and Greenfield a whole bunch and on Greenfield there was a lot of SW out. I had an older WSW that I tried picking up but it seemed unsafe as there was a guy on the street looking at everyone and a car that looked like an unmarked cop car. Then saw a BSW and had her start coming towards my car but wasn't a fan as she got closer. So then I was going to try one more time and found a girl with a hoodie on that seemed to be at a bus station I was able to make eye contact and drive around and she got in the car. She said her name was Tanya (or Tonya don't know how she spells it), she had red hair, an eye brow piercing and was dressed up cause it was chilly out. She was incredibly nice. I got freaked to at first because as soon as I turned onto Greenfield and was a block or two down I hear sirens blaring and see a police SUV just coming straight my way and then he turns after another car. Scared the hell out of me. But we made our way to a spot and she gave me a BBBJTC. Drove to close to where she wanted to be dropped off and said our good byes. For my first time it was nerve racking but worth it.

I was checking the weather forecast on tmj4 online and saw an article about a new resolution in milwaukee where they are planning to increase the fine 5 fold for soliticing in an attempt to target and deter customers. So much for legalization. Not sure if anyone else saw this. Seems like a money grab.

Instantly scatter. Even if the scoop and travel forced you on to G, get off it in one half block, no more 1 or 2 blocks down G with company in the car. They all know each other, LEO knows them all too.
