I haven't been on Harbor for quiet a while, but last night I woke up around 3am and decided to go for a drive. Harbor was super dry as I cruised from MacFadden to just past California Girls. As I cruised behind CG I saw a BSW, but nothing special. I ended up cruising up and down Harbor for about 2 hours and eventually did see some action. It seemed as if there were 3 groups of sws out.
