Whoever you contact on HX is the one you ask for ratings via PM. Do you think they will remember anything when a dozen guys lining up in the parking lot waiting to fuck their brains out? Also, whoever owns the account, even if their heads are full of coke, will remember your request because they have to open their mailbox again.
